Screen and voice recording
A native Windows recorder that captures desktop software, remote sessions, and legacy tools, plus a browser extension for web-only workflows on Windows and Mac.
Passwords hidden at capture
The browser extension paints over password fields, one-time codes and card fields the moment it captures, before the screenshot is stored or uploaded. On every plan.
Automatic redaction
Personal data (PII) such as names, contact and financial details, ID numbers, addresses and dates is found in screenshots and step text. Screenshots get a soft veil; text gets a label like [contact details]. Health data (PHI), such as patient identifiers and clinical information, can be switched on too. The original is kept encrypted, and viewers, share links, exports and videos only ever see the redacted version. Available on Teams.
Manual redaction
Blur customer names, account numbers, and anything else in a screenshot by hand before a guide is shared. Available on Pro and Teams.
